Lockwell is so confident that we offer the best value in town on replacement home comfort systems that if we can’t meet or beat any legitimate competitor’s price on a comparable system we’ll give you a $50 VISA gift card. If you have a written quote from a legitimate heating and air contractor and their deal appears to be better than our, call Lockwell at 417-868-8100. If we can’t meet or beat their deal we’ll give you a $50 VISA gift card.

Terms & Conditions:

c Lockwell must have the opportunity to meet the written price before it is installed.

c The price must be from a local, licensed HVAC contractor.

c The competitor’s quote must be within the past 30 days.

c You must have the competitor’s system installed before you will receive the gift card.

c Only one gift card will be issued per household.

c Quotes by competitors are subject to verification by Lockwell and does not include rates offered on membership programs, corporate discounts or rates, rewards programs, incentive, meeting, conventions, prices obtained via auction or similar process, prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public.

c Lockwell reserve the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Match Promise or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the Price Match Promise. No change in the Price Match Promise will affect any coupon or gift card that has already been issued to you. The failure by Lockwell to enforce any provision of the Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Safety & Efficiency Agreements
Preventative maintenance is an integral part of keeping your system operating smoothly. It keeps your unit running at its peak efficiency; saving you money on your energy bills. It can also improve the indoor air quality in your home and prevent most breakdowns before they occur. In most cases, your warranty will be void without proper maintenance. By becoming a member of our residential Safety & Efficiency Agreement, you'll never have to hassle with remembering to schedule your maintenance. Members receive:

Two FREE seasonal safety and efficiency inspections. Each inspection includes up to two 1” pleated filters and keeps your system operating at its peak efficiency. Small problems can be located and corrected before they become major problems.
15% Discount. Save 15% on parts and labor for all repairs. If your system should fail at any time, you'll save 15% on the total repair bill.
Priority Service. When you have a problem with your HVAC system, you automatically move to the top of our list. We'll do our best to get your system up and running the same day you call.

Referral Rewards
You'll have the opportunity to earn Referral Rewards every year that you're a customer. You can use them like cash toward the purchase of a new system or repair. For each new customer you refer to us that use our services you’ll earn $10 in Referral Rewards. A maximum of $50 per customer can be earned during any calendar year. Referral Rewards must be used within a year of the date that they are first accumulated.
